What was the highlight of Saja Makkah Hotel
It’s a good hotel and I would go again.
Everything about this property was good. The best part is their bus service that works around the clock 24/7
Cleaners didn’t clean the rooms regularly. I was given excuses every single day. My bathrooms weren’t cleaned for almost 5 days and at last one guy just quickly swept. I would keep clean my room board and find it at the same place when I return after 10 or more hours later.

Confortable stay
Very good suit, Clean, big rooms. Very comfortable beds Supervisor Mostafa from room service was a great person, very polite and caring. He will come to check if we require anything. Bellman Jabir helped us to bring down our luggage. Parking inside the hotel was available. 24 hours Bus is available
The phone number of the hotel was not working, only whatsapp but not 24 hours. I tried to reach them multiple times but not reachable. We forgot a toiletries bag in the room. It was very hard to reach the hotel. The person on whatsapp helped. After 2 days of communications, the bag was found, but 2 of the perfumes were not inside it. Hotel staff said we would search but were not found.

Wonderful
Room was very spacious and clean. Very close to Haram,2-3 minutes by Bus. Buses always available 24 hrs beside the hotel, and move within 3-4 minutes. There are some shops inside the next building from Tower7 to Tower 3, and good prices
Buses from Haram to Hotel are very crowded and not organized. You have to push people and get pushed to catch a bus, Especially after Isha prayer.
